Business Operations Director
Hi, I'm Ivana. I am a passionate, highly motivated, problem solver with excellent
communication skills. I have been fortunate to travel around the world and work with people
from a variety of backgrounds and to learn so much about their cultures, traditions and
habits. I am an experienced operations director who has been dedicated to ops management
for several past years. I am experienced in all facets of compliance and risk management. I have been involved in workforce planning and contract management beyond operations.

Attending and participating in audits, I was in charge of policy updates, I chair continuous
improvement meetings, and conduct interviews and new staff inductions. I have a
thorough understanding of all departments including finance, marketing and administration.
In one of my previous roles also successfully led a team of 15 people, to pass
compliance audits. Some of my major responsibilities include overseeing improvements for
strategic and business plans for the company, as well as coaching and helping staff to
identify and achieve what they are capable of. This leads to a great culture within
the company, develops business in new markets, and ensures cost reductions.
I always bring to the company my personal and professional philosophy.. “We’ll deliver
what we promise.” I believe that attention to detail, problem solving and communication
are all essential core muscles to empower business to serve multiple parties on a
better level. I am grateful that I get to do what I do.
